Rock climbing themed piece of interactive video entertainment made in 48 hours for the 2019 GMTK Game Jam. Using only one arm and one mouse button, perform dazzling feats of ascension, like flinging from one handhold to another, balancing on a slim pole, and punching walls to exploit their speed-boosting effects.

There's a few bits of "invisible game design" that I'd like to disclose here because I have a bad tendency to never tell the player anything about key game mechanics. One is that the main character is always being pushed forward by a small force, which hopefully helps when trying to reach a hold that is just a little too far away. Another is that clicking on a metal object will punch it, allowing for fine positional adjustments when unfavorably clutching to a hold. Finally, the player can punch water. This was a bug at first, but I thought it was too cool to leave out.

A better crosshair

A height indicator

A gravity dilation option 

An FOV slider
